| Have you ever had a life long dream? Has it come true for you yet? |
All my life has revolved around horses one way or another. Sometimes as a
professional, sometimes a competitor but always as an admirer. Now as one door
in my life closes I have the opportunity to open another. My love for my Equine
friends as gone full circle as I once again am able to devote myself to my horse and
to helping others improve their relationship with their Equine friends. With me I bring

| Natural Horsemanship |
Do you know what it means "Natural Horsemanship" The phrase has been
tossed around for years, yet nothing we do with a horse is natural from the horse's
point of view (climbing on it's back like a mountain lion is not "natural"). So just
what does it mean: To me it means communicating with a horse in terms the horse
understands and not trying to teach a horse to learn our vocabulary (as we do when
we teach a dog to react to our commands). We must learn the horse's
communication.
A horse that is under control is a wonder. But for many riders, their relationship
with their horse is out of control. He doesn't come in from the pasture. He doesn't
hold still when being groomed or saddled. He won't load into a trailer.
To control a horse requires that we understand their inherit traits.
Let me help you better understand why your horse does what he does and how you
can have a better relationship through better leadership.
